A life beyond human conditions

The hostel in the Energy college in town Abovyan is home to 23 Armenian refugee families from Azerbaijan. Some rooms in the hostel, as well as communal toilets have been privatised by some residents, leaving others without toilets and washrooms. Residents say that they are forced to use packets for excrements and throw them outside in the street. They complain that because of insanitary conditions children suffer from various infections.
Raisa Karakhanova is 85 years old. The woman is lonely and urgently needs to be taken care of, since she can hardly move.
